THANK YOU TO 'OUR SAVIOR CHURCH' WHO HOSTED OUR LUNCHEON AND TO EVERYONE WHO BROUGHT FOOD AND HELPED YESTERDAY!

Yesterday was such an amazing day with overflowing food and clothing and so much joy and love in the room! As I looked around yesterday at all of the volunteers with smiles on their faces and the joy in the faces of our friends who struggle with homelessness, I felt such a deep gratitude knowing this could only be God who has continued to bring us together as a family after 22 years! A huge thank you to everyone who brought food and clothing and to those who helped to set up and serve and clean up and a special thank you to our friends from Our Savior Church for hosting our luncheon! We had more people than usual yesterday on our bus as well as some struggling with homelessness in the area, and somehow we also had a lot more food than our typical luncheon so everyone ate as much as they wanted and our friends were able to take food home! We never know how many people will join us, but God does…and He always provides! I have always thought that this is a picture of the miracle of the 'loaves and fishes' with always 'a dozen baskets leftover' so people can take food home.
